Ordering Information and Returns Policy

Shipping prices

Usually all items are in stock and are available for shipping within one working day. Out of stock items can usually be shipped within 7 days of your order. If you need an item quickly, we suggest you contact us before ordering.

We currently ship to all destinations. Shipping costs are on a flat-rate, per pedal basis depending on where you live. Costs are:

UK £3.50 + £1.00
Europe £5.50 + £1.00
Rest of World £7.50 + £3.00

All items are sent using Royal Mail's cost-effective and reliable Small Packets service which has an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days for the UK & EU, and 7-10 working days for the rest of the world. If you require an upgraded shipping service with tracking and/or insurance please contact us before purchasing and we will arrange it for you.

Order Processing

All financial transactions on orders are processed by PayPal. We do not store or transmit credit card numbers - this is exclusively and securely handled by PayPal. All communication between the site and PayPal is encrypted and sent securely over an SSL connection.

Returns Policy

North Effects is commited to compliance with the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 - this entitles customers to cancel an order for whatever reason within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund, including initial shipping costs. Goods must be sent back within 14 days of cancelling an order. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs and for ensuring that the returned goods reach us in re-sellable condition with all original packaging where applicable. We strongly recommend using registered post when returning goods as we cannot be held liable for goods that are lost or damaged on return. We require that you obtain proof of postage from your carrier when returning goods.

Damaged/faulty goods

If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange return of the goods for replacement or refund as required. We will be liable for any shipping costs for the return of damaged or faulty items and will pay for return shipping by a method mutually agreeable to us and the customer.
